High intensity training that creates an all-over body workout. Boxing makes you physically stronger as well as aerobically and anaerobically fitter. It trains the upper body, lower body and core strength โ leaving nothing untouched. If you want to get fit fast, this is it.
Come and learn freestyle grappling, jiu-jitsu and MMA techniques to help build up your ground game and self defence tools. A great complement to Muay Thai and Boxing โ giving you a complete fighting toolkit.
Building strength while improving your cardiac functions. Including a variety of weights and cardio circuit training to provide overall physical conditioning and toning. Runs Tuesday mornings at 6AM โ a brutal way to start the week.
Sparring is where you put all the technique and timing you've been drilling into real action. The idea is to work on your movement, defensive skills and timing. This is solid contact โ yet minimum force is used. You need to have developed a solid foundation of technique before stepping into sparring.
Suitable for ages 4โ11, Kids Classes teach a great variety of technique, self defence, self confidence, coordination games, general fitness and discipline. Bring your kids and you get to use the upstairs gym for only $10. A fun, safe environment where kids learn real skills and make real friends.
Teaching teens proper Muay Thai technique, building confidence in a respectful environment. Learn self defence while getting fit and having fun. The perfect environment for teens to develop discipline, physical ability and mental toughness.
